Exemplo de cada componente do STAR
- Situation: In my previous role as a project manager, we had a client who was dissatisfied with the software implementation because the system did not meet their expectations.
- Task: My responsibility was to understand the issues the client was facing, manage their dissatisfaction, and find a quick and effective solution.
- Action: I scheduled an emergency meeting to align expectations with the client and identified the key functionalities that needed adjustments. I worked with the development team to propose feasible solutions and implemented a prioritized roadmap for improvements.
- Result: The client was pleased with the proactive follow-up and the speed of issue resolution. As a result, we turned the dissatisfaction around, and the client renewed their contract for a premium version of the software.
